Data Processing Agreement

Helmhold Infrastructure enters into a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") with customers where required under applicable data protection laws.

A DPA applies only where Helmhold Infrastructure processes personal data on behalf of a customer as part of providing services under a separate written agreement.

The DPA:

• defines the roles and responsibilities of the parties under applicable data protection laws
• sets out obligations regarding confidentiality, security measures, and subprocessors
• addresses international data transfers, where applicable

The DPA is not published publicly and is provided as part of the contracting process.
